Pho Hoa

After buying stuff for Ykaie’s “10th month birthday party” tomorrow, dinner was at Pho Hoa,a vietnamese restaurant.

Pho Gau Gan and Dalandan Shake

Pho Gau Gan is Noodle soup with Beef Brisket and Tendons
Pho is traditional Vietnamese rice-noodle soup dish.It is served as white rice noodles in clear beef broth with thin cuts of beef, meatballs, tendons or flanks.

It is garnished with green onions, white onions and coriander leaves. The other granishes are served separately: Thai Basil, Lemon, and Bean Sprouts. Some sauces are also added to enhance the soup’s taste like fish sauce, hoisin sauce and the Thai hot sauce Sriracha.
I wasn’t able to take many pictures because I was holding Ykaie on my lap to keep her from falling while I was feeding her, there was no high chair at Pho Hoa.
