I don’t drink at all. Not beer, not whiskey…..not even wine. But when I started on these cooking adventures, I know I will have to learn about wine soon and I’m really open to that. A great wine would only compliment an equally great meal. My family doesn’t use wine in cooking so I’ve never tried a dish which has wine in the recipe. I don’t know how a dish with wine taste like and I want to explore these recipes.Who knows? I may or may not like them.
