Choco Chip and Oatmeal Cookie Mix

One of my Holiday Gift Ideas from the Kitchen, this goes to a friend tomorrow.

This good friend always wanted to bake but never has the time nor has she attempted to bake something. I think its my job to give her a nudge---- or a PUSH. Since she loves instant mixes, those magical things that makes you magically whip up a dish in short periods of time without the measurements, the mess and your list of ingredients, I already found the PERFECT Christmas Gift for her.

Yes DJ, this goes to you! All you need to do is add 1 egg, ½ cup of melted butter and a teaspoon of vanilla.Mix them with the dry ingredients in a bowl. Spoon around an inch of the cookie dough in a parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Bake them in an oven for 10-20 minutes [350°] and Voila! You got yourself [of course, Yanna and Mark too] yummy Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal cookies to munch on.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup m&m's
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup brown sugar
½ white sugar
Nuts of your choice, I put almond because that's what I have available

Direction:
Layer it up in a nice jar. You can put Ribbons and gift tags and labels for the instructions. But since I'm giving this to a friend who has access to my blog, my YM, my home number and my mobile number. I will not put the instructions anymore.

Advance Merry Christmas, DJ! Hope you love this!

an entry for and. Have a great weekend!

That is so cute Peachy and so thoughtful of you. Dapat tapunan mo rin ako kasi ako rin, instant mixes lang din ang alam kong i bake eh. Dito, they sell that at the store, yung mga maliit lang na pang sugar cookies, $3, kapag malaking garapon, nasa $5-7, but yours is prettier..

You are so artistic talaga, kau ni Ate Anney..
