Classic Hot Chocolate Mix

WOW! It's been almost a week of not posting anything but forgive me. It is, after all, my birthday week and today is the BIG day. I'll be off to dinner with peanutbutter, Sis and some cousins later to I-don't-know where yet but I'll be treating them to somewhere nice.
I would like to start posting some Holiday Gift Ideas from the Kitchen, you know, just in case you want to give a friend something personalized or something you made yourself. And I would like to start with the classic. This is everyone's favorite drink when it gets a little chilly-- Hot Chocolate.

I think this is a very simple yet stylish gift and very easy to do too.

Ingredients:
¾ cup sugar
¾ cocoa powder
¾ powdered milk
1/3 tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips
½ mini marshmallows
Directions:
  • Get a clear jar that would fit all the ingredients.
  • Layer up sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, salt, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  • Put a label or a tag that says "Hot Cocoa or hot Chocolate" and design the jar with ribbons.
  • At the back of the label, write instructions on how to make hot chocolate. For this recipe, its "Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. For every cup of hot water, mix in ¼ cup of hot chocolate mix. Stir and enjoy"

an entry for and. Have a great weekend!
