Pork Giniling (Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce)

Pork Giniling (Ground Pork in Tomato Sauce)

pork giniling

Pork Giniling is one of the most staple dishes in the Filipino table.

I eat it not only with rice but also as a filling in pandesal {popular Filipino bread}.

What more can I say? This is tasty and flavorful….just perfect to top off a steaming bowl of rice. The egg become very tasty too as it absorbs the slightly thick sauce.
