Blueberry Lemonade

I just had the most stressful day.

I think life has given me a lot more lemons than I can handle…

Today, I….

….fed three little kids rice and fried chicken. That’s my daugther, ykaie {3 year & 11 month old}, my nieces cyra{4} and cyvrine {3}. Do you know what happens when you give these kids their favorite? Our living room immediately turns into a warzone. yes, we eat in the living room –don’t ask.

… went out and took care of a P60,000 water bill. No, it wasn’t mine. It was my aunt’s but she was out of the country and apparently her water meter thought that we filled her house with water and went swimming there everyday for a month….OR there’s a leak and it’s playing hide and seek with us.. Yeah. That must be it.

…went to the water company. Apparently when I went out of the house, I don’t know where the water company was located and I had to go around and spend some time looking for it —with Ykaie in tow. Can you imagine how hard that is? These are one of those times when  I miss peanutbutter and I need not worry about directions.

Good thing I’m not that good with channeling all those negative energy.

And after talking with the people I had to talk to….

I bought myself a dish and a jar….

I was delighted…

Yeah, I know it’s weird….

Buying myself dinnerwares  calm my nerves…

You know what else does?

Drinking my favorite cold drink….

No, Coke zero is not my favorite cold drink, hee.

It’s Lemonade, Silly…

And just to make it a little fancy, I put blueberries.

I like giving my lemonades a twist…

Just like my Strawberry Lemonade and Basil Lemonade from a couple of years ago… you should check them out too..

Nope, not feeling the least bit stressed out… sleepy maybe, but not stressed..
