
Life is majorly busy at the moment…
I couldn’t find time to make anything. I come to my senses in the middle of the afternoon and I’m like, where’d my time go?!
I’ve yet to wrap my presents and my hamper is filled with the clothes I washed two days ago….the iron has been knocking on my bedroom door.
Oh gosh.
I’m thankful there are easy breakfast dishes that takes, like, three minutes to do..
..and you know me, I like easy and delicious recipes.
So when I saw this recipe for scrambled eggs with mayonnaise, I knew I had to try it one of these days.
Today is one of those days when I need to whip up a quick and easy breakfast recipe….
To tell you honestly, I love mayonnaise. I put a lot of it in my sandwich. I use it in dips and salad dressings….
I even use it in my hair— sometimes.
And Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise has always been my family’s brand of choice. For me, it’s the best tasting mayo in the market {–and no, they did not pay me to say that}.
So what’s the difference when you whisk in Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise in your scrambled egg? Well, you get creamier, fluffier and tastier scrambled eggs.
If you don’t believe me, try it out for yourself.
- 4 pcs eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- chives for garnish
- Beat the egg, salt and pepper until frothy.
- In another bowl, put Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise. Slowly pour the beaten eggs while whisking the mixture together until well blended.
- Heat oil in the frying pan. Add the beaten eggs. Keep on stirring, do not overcook.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
