Spring has Sprung and I’ve made desserts for Easter!

I think I ate too much egg candies and too many spoonfuls of Nutella today…

Let me be honest with you… We don’t have any Easter tradition in the family…

We don’t color eggs and do egg hunting…. no hot cross buns at the table….

No marshmallow peeps can be seen “peeping”

No Easter bunnies hopping…. nothing traditional, nothing fancy.

This year, though I want to start my own tradition…

I want to start seeing Easter dishes on the table… I want eggs, cross and bunnies!

It’s my first time to make macaroons too, did I tell you?

It came out a little too dry… I’m crossing my fingers the Nutella in the center will make up for it.

Oh gosh………….forgive me?

I’m undergoing something major after the first quarter of the year…

I’ve adjusted the recipe to make up for the dryness. I’ll try another recipe soon… which I’ll share with you,of course….
