2nd Week of my C-Lium Lose More, Live More Weight Loss Challenge

It’s been a week now since I started my C-Lium Lose More, Live More Journey. So what has been happening to me the past week?

Well, I started exercising again. It’s been quite a while since I last worked out and I’m back to square one the past week. I started with a 15-minute routine daily which eventually became a 30-minute routine this week.

I also started eating my meals in portions and lessened my carbs and sugar intake.

I added lots of fruits and vegetables to my daily diet and drank a sachet of C-Lium Fibre every morning. I have high Triglycerides and Cholesterol according to the executive check-up last week. I know C-Lium Fibre will help me lower those things because it acts like a sponge in the digestive system absorbing excess carbohydrates, fats, and sugars.

It also made me feel full, so I eat less.

As much as possible I try to avoid cooking and baking calorie loaded recipes and sweets. When we go out, I choose to eat vegetable dishes and salads.

I haven’t weighed myself yet because I don’t want to be disappointed, should there be no weight loss but I think I’ve lost an inch or so from my waistline. I’ve also felt a whole lot lighter than I was last week.

So far, I’m loving what I’m feeling and I want to feel like this for the rest of my life. I don’t want to be catching my breath whenever I go up a flight of stairs. So I’ll continue working out, eating healthy and taking C-Lium Fibre everyday.

Join me in my journey to health. I will be giving weekly updates on how I’m doing.

If you want, you can also join the C-Lium Lose More Live More promo and be one of the lucky participants to win Php10,000 each.
