A Whimsical Halloween Party at The Goldilocks Cake City

in events, party, party food

When you hear the word Goldilocks, what immediately comes to mind are cakes and parties. This is the reason why Goldilocks built the ultimate party venue for their customers– The Goldilocks Cake City. It is located at the company’s headquarters in Shaw Blvd and is big enough to accommodate up to fifty guests.

When I was invited to a Halloween party by Goldilocks, I was hesitant to come at first because the invitation says bring your family and come in costume. I wasn’t able to bring Ykaie because it was too early and I am coming from a meeting. Nevertheless, I said yes and informed the person who invited me that I would be coming alone.

It’s a good thing I did come because I saw The Goldilocks Cake City.

It is big enough for a party and it is fancily decorated, something that children will surely look forward in seeing.

The party was full of fun-filled activities including a variety of games like Bring Me and Stop Dance, games you most likely find in birthday parties. There was also a decorate-your-cake (DYC) session which I won…Ehem…LOL!

We were given a cake with white icing, sort of like a clean canvass, then we were given icings with different colors, cake toppers and sprinkles.

The greek goddess on the right and her son won best in costume! It was an exciting day which I’m sure Ykaie would have enjoyed. Well, I believe this isn’t the first time that I would see The Goldilocks Cake City.

“Goldilocks is truly the one-stop celebration specialist,” enthused Marketing Director, Pinky Yee. “From a full menu, to amazing cakes and pastries, to a theme that can’t be beat, Goldilocks now provides a venue for you to enjoy all these and more with friends and family!”

No wonder you won, your cake looks amazing! :D

How I wish they would open a cake city too, then it wouldn’t be so hard to decide where to hold the kids’ party during their birthdays.. :P
