There are times when I miss working as a barista and even as a call center agent. I miss the rush of going to the office, the hectic schedule, the long lines of customers, and the queue of calls waiting to be answered. I remember how fun it was but I also remember how stressful such a working environment can be. It was during those frenzied moments when I wished life has a pause button so I can take my much awaited 15-minute snack breaks and lunches.

Wouldn’t it be nice if life has a pause button? Something you can push to stop everything so you can relax and breathe even for just a short time. Well, this is what Gardenia Muffins are like. They are mini-indulgent pause buttons that let you have your happy moments during breaks at work. One bite of these delightfully soft and moist muffins and you’ll feel all those stress melting away.

Gardenia Muffins are bursting with real flavor bits and is available in three mouth-watering flavors that you can indulge in which are Banana-choco, Blueberry, and Chocolate. All three muffin flavors are packed in a colorful and attractive packaging which has a ‘best before date’ that guarantees its freshness.

Packed in two’s and very handy, this is the ideal snack specially when you can’t leave your desk and you’re using different gadgets at once. It’s very convenient to eat and no need for utensils.

I love the three flavors but my favorite is (drumroll please)…….the Chocolate Flavor! What else? You know why? Because I can also eat it as dessert. It is very chocolatey, has real chocolate bits, and has a really soft, almost cake-like texture. Sinking your teeth into it is definitely a Muffin-tastic Moment. These are the answer to my frequent cravings for chocolate cake.

Another thing I love about it is that Ykaie, my five-year-old daughter,  loves it. She wants it to be her baon for school and it fits her lunchbox perfectly. This is definitely the start of her Gardenia Muffin-tastic school days!

Gardenia Muffins are very affordable and is available in your favorite supermarket and convenience store.

  4. I’ve never missed the high stress pace of journalism, but I do miss muffins. I should bake some, since we don’t have Gardenia here.

  5. We’ve tried these muffins but have mixed reactions. The first one we tried was really good but the next ones we bought tasted stale. I guess you have to get those that were just freshly delivered.
