One of the many reasons why I was so happy when SM Sangandaan finally opened last month was because SM Supermarket is now a mere 10 minute walk away from home. SM Supermarket is one of the many groceries that carry our favorite US Frozen Potatoes. It means we can now go to the grocery anytime we have a craving and it won’t be time consuming nor tiring.

We are big potato eaters! Just check out this Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges. We love french fries, hashbrowns, and potato wedges. US Frozen Potatoes makes it easier for me to cook because it’s already pre-prepared, pre-cut, pre-cooked, and it comes in all shapes and sizes. I don’t have to peel, wash, and cut anymore plus I can choose to buy it in bulk or retail.

Right now, I’m crazy about these french fries with a bit of skin on. I bought half a kilo and turned it into these wonderful Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries.

Yup, you read it right. We are trying to eat healthier these days so I baked it instead of frying. Flavored it with natural ingredients too — garlic, a bit of salt, parmesan cheese, and parsley. I think it’s the ideal snack because potatoes are an excellent source of potassium, Vitamin C, and fiber.
