I know my husband wouldn’t agree but burgers are one of the best food creations on earth. With that statement, I know you would think of me as a burger person — and I am! Burger is actually one of my comfort food. It’s the one that I crave for when I’m stressed, anxious, happy, and food tripping. Hmmn,  and my kids have already picked that up from me…even the little one.

I am pretty much open to trying all the burgers I can find. But there’s this one place I didn’t think would serve one of my favorite snacks — Tokyo Tokyo! SURPRISE!!

Yes, Tokyo Tokyo is now serving burgers but not just your typical burgers, they have revolutionized the burger category with the new Tokyo Tokyo Wagyu Burgers.

What Makes Tokyo Tokyo Wagyu Burgers Special?

  • It has a quarter pounder patty that is made of 100% Wagyu Beef. Wagyu is extra tender and flavorful beef that is sourced from a select Japanese cattle.
  • It has a brioche bun, a highly egg and butter enriched soft and tasty bread.
  • It has a special sauce and premium cheese

There are three kinds of Tokyo Tokyo Wagyu Burgers to choose from: Wagyu Cheeseburger, Rising Sun, and Double Cheeseburger.

Wagyu Cheeseburger (₱160) has 100% Wagyu patty with fresh lettuce, sliced cheese, and special sauce sandwiched in a brioche bun.

Rising Sun Burger (₱175) has 100% Wagyu patty with egg, onion rings, sliced cheese, and special sauce sandwiched in a brioche bun.

Double Cheeseburger (₱235) has two pieces 100% Wagyu patty with fresh lettuce, sliced cheese, and special sauce sandwiched in a brioche bun.

The prices above are for ala carte orders, just add ₱60 to make it a meal. You can choose from the side dishes available such as the potato balls, onion rings, or nori fries and you’ll also get a regular size of their yummy red iced tea. You may get them at Tokyo Tokyo starting on March 20, 2017.

My favorite among the three is the Double Cheeseburger + Potato Balls + Sumo Red Iced Tea = one happy mum. Cravings are satisfied. Stress Level is back to zero.
