Pandesal French Toast
  • 10 pandesals cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • salt to taste
  • butter
  • maple syrup
  1. Beat together egg, milk, salt, your choice of spices and vanilla.
  2. Heat a lightly buttered griddle of skillet over medium-high flame.
  3. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden.
  4. Make sure it's toasty
  5. Serve with maple syrup
