Garlic Oregano Toasts

Ingredients
  • I used sliced Monay, but feel free to use any bread you like
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • pinch of salt
  • ground oregano
Directions
  1. Put garlic and butter in a microwaveable bowl and microwave until butter melts and gets infused with the flavor of garlic.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  3. Slice your bread of choice into your desired thickness and bursh generously with the garlic-butter mixture. Sprinkle with ground oregano.
  4. Broil in the oven until golden and crisy
