Tamarind ~ Calamansi Juice
  • 4 tbsp tamarind purée
  • 4 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar {or more depending on how sweet you want it to be}
  • 3 cups water
  • lots of ice
  • kaffir lime leaves for garnish {just because I have some}
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small pitcher.
  2. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Serve with kaffir lime leaves and calamansi as garnish
