Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 12 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1 lemon
  1. Combine garlic, butter and lemon juice and microwave for minute or until butter is infused with the aroma and flavor of garlic.
  2. Add lemon zest and stir.
  3. Drizzle or use as dipping sauce
