Snowman Cheese Ball in Pesto and Bacon Flavor

Ingredients
  • 3 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1½ tbsp pesto
  • ¼ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • grated parmesan cheese for rolling
  • peppercorns for the eyes, mouth and buttons
  • a gummy belt for the scarf
  • a breadstick for the arms
  • a pieces of oreo and chocolate for the hat
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese, and pesto. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine 2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, ⅔ cup cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix Well.
  3. When combined form two balls, one large and one small. They wont be perfect yet because the cheese is too soft. Place the cheese in a plastic and chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. When the cheese has firmed up smooth it out, roll in grated parmesan cheese, and place the large one on the bottom (crumbled bacon) and small one (pesto) on top for the body.
  5. Add the peppercorns for the eyes, mouth, and buttons.
  6. Stick the carrots in the middle of the face for the nose.
  7. Stick a preztzel or breadstic to make the arms and cut the gummy belt to resemble a scarf.
  8. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  9. Serve with pretzels, cut up veggies or crackers.
