CornSiLog ( Corned Beef, Sinangag, Itlog) with Highlands Gold Corned Beef

Ingredients
For the CORNED BEEF HASH
  • 1 large potato, diced
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1 can Highlands Gold Corned Beef
  • ¼ cup water
For the Garlic Rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 3 sunny side up egg
Directions
For the CORNED BEEF HASH
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and fry potatoes until brown on the edges.Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Lessen the oil in the pan to 1 tbsp. and then sauté garlic and onions until it becomes translucent.
  3. Add Highlands Gold Corned Beef and stir. Add fried potatoes and water.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 seconds.
  5. Turn off heat and set aside while you cook the garlic rice.
For the Garlic Rice
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add rice and mix well. Continue stirring for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with fish sauce and continue mixing for 30 seconds.
  4. Turn off heat and transfer to a serving plate.
  5. Serve Garlic Rice with Corned Beef and sunny side up egg.
