Mango Sago
  • 3 ripe mangoes, frozen
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 cup small tapioca/sago (more if you prefer)
  1. Put everything in a blender, except cubed mango and tapioca and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix Mango smoothie with the sago.
  3. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with more sago and cubed mangoes before serving.
