Green Pinipig, Taro, and Coconut Milk Drink
  • Milk of one large old coconut (niyog)
  • 1 cup green pinipig (or more if you like)
  • 3 pcs taro, boiled and diced
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  1. You can have your local coconut vendor squeeze the coconut for you or you can squeeze it your self from freshly shredded coconut meat. Or you can also use, ready made ones if fresh is not available.
  2. Combine Sugar and coconut milk in a medium container and stir until sugar is dissolved. Put it in the fridge to chill.
  3. Put some green pinipig and diced taro in a glass, pour in your sweetened coconut milk.
  4. Add a couple of ice cubes and serve.
