Coconut Lychee Sherbet
  • 1 can of Lychee in Syrup
  • 1 piece of Young coconut, meat shredded
  • Sugar (optional)
  1. Mix the Lychee and the Young Coconut together. You can opt add sugar or not.Place in a container and freeze. Stir from time to time (approximately every 2 hrs) to achieve desired texture.very refreshing and calorie-friendly too! Everybody loved it. I’ll have to make more of this next time.
