Pako Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Pako leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 salted egg, sliced
dressing
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
Directions
  1. Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Wash, spin-dry, and blanch Pako leaves.
  3. Combine Pako, tomato slices, onion slices in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
  5. Top with salted egg slices.
  6. Serve.
