Stir-Fried Garlicky Tao Miao (Snow Pea Sprouts)

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of tao mia, washed and cleaned
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Directions
  1. Heat canola oil in wok or non-stick skillet.
  2. Add garlic and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add tao miao (snow pea sprouts) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in water and cook for 20 seconds more.
  5. Add salt and sesame oil. Give it a few more stir.
  6. Turn off heat and transfer to serving plate.
