Creamy Roast Beef Burger
Burger Patties
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • oil for frying
  • 6 Burger Buns
  • tomato slices
  • cucumber slices
  • lettuce
  • Lady's Choice Roast Beef Spread
  1. Make the Burger Patties: Combine ground beef, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and flour in a bowl. Mix by hand and make sure that all ingredients are incorporated evenly.
  2. Form the patties by using ⅓ measuring cup, forming a round shape, and flattening it.
  3. Panfry in cooking oil for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and done on the inside.
  4. Assemble the sandwich: Toast burger buns and generously spread with Lady's Choice Roast Beef Spread, Layer lettuce,burger patties, tomato slices, and cucumber slices
  5. Bite into the goodness of this Creamy Roast Beef Burger Sandwich
