Tuyo Pesto Bowtie Pasta with Sundried-Tomato

Ingredients
  • 300g Bowtie Pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp pesto store-bought or homemade
  • 3 tbsp tuyo flakes, I used Super Tuyo Original
  • 3 pcs sundried tomato, sliced thinly
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until oil is fragrant and garlic is cooked through and a little brown.
  2. Add tuyo flakes and pesto and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the bow tie pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and make sure pasta is coated with sauce.
  5. Add the sundried tomato slices and give it a quick stir.
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
