How to cook Beef Curry using S&B Golden Curry Mix
  • 500g Beef Sirloin, diced
  • 2 pcs potato, diced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large carrots, diced
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 part S&B Golden Curry Mix
  1. Fry potato and carrots until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Fry beef sirloin for five minutes or until you can’t see any red spots anymore.
  3. Pour in water. Simmer until tender.
  4. When beef is tender, add curry mix. Stir until it melts in the water.
  5. The sauce will become thick and flavorful.
  6. Add more curry mix if you want the sauce thicker and more flavorful and add more water for thinner sauce.
  7. Add potato, carrots and green bell pepper.
  8. Simmer for 1 minute.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.
