Soy Ginger Porkchops with Pineapple Salsa
 
Ingredients
  • 5 pcs porkchops
  • ¼ pineapple juice
  • ¼ soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • cooking oil for frying
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, salt, sugar and grated ginger in a large shallow bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add porkchops and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Fry porkchops in hot oil until brown and cooked.
  5. Top with Pineapple Salsa when serving.
