Cream Dory with Onions and Bell Peppers
  • 2 pcs Cream Dory Fillet
  • 2 red bell peppers, julienned
  • 1 sweet white onion, julienned
  • ΒΌ cup black olives, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  1. Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and fry each fillet until cooked. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry onions, bell peppers and olives.
  4. Add sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Scoop them out and put it over the fried fish.
  6. Serve immediately
