Parmesan-Crusted Cream Dory with Garlic-Mayo Dip
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pcs cream dory fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • canola oil for frying
For the garlic-mayo dip
  • ¼ cup lite mayo
  • 1 tbsp calamansi/lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
Directions
  1. Combine flour and parmesan cheese in a plate.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in flour/parmesan cheese mixture
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and fry until golden brown.
  5. For the garlic-mayo dip: just combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately.
