Kinulob na Manok/ Chicken Kinulob
- 1 whole chicken
- 200g pork belly or bacon, sliced
- 3 chorizo de bilbao, sliced diagonally
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pcs bay leaf
- Put everything in a pot.
- Cover and let it boil.
- Turn heat to low and simmer until chicken and pork belly is cooked.
- Serve with steamed rice.
