Broccoli with Cheese Sauce

That’s Broccoli with VERY THIN CHEESE SAUCE.

I planned on starting SBD today. Who was I kidding? You know how hard it is to be on the first day of a certain diet–any diet. After having some tofu for brekky, I already felt deprived. By nine Am, I was having my daily cup of  warm Taho [soy pudding] but with very little sugar syrup. I cannot resist a cup of good taho.

To cut my story short, I didn’t survive the first day. I don’t plan on doing this again tomorrow. Heck, I was miserable.I think I’m losing more weight when I have my fruits because I’ happier. I better stick to my regular diet,then.

More veggies+ More Fruits+ Soy Milk = Happy peachkins

I’ll be one happy person tomorrow….
And I’m going to have this for breakfast. I wasn’t able to eat it because I had cookies and green peas…

1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp water
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ tsp butter
½ cup melted cheese
salt and pepper


  • Steam brococli until cooked.
  • In a non-stick skillet, cook red bell pepper in butter.
  • Add water and melted cheese.
  • season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over perfectly steamed broccoli.

It tastes better if you have thick cheese sauce. I’ll probably make thick cheese sauce tomorrow…hee
