The small internet cafe we own is actually doing a little better. Aside from the usual computers that we have for rent, we also have printing and scanning services offered. We also offer typing jobs. Everyday, some people would go in and ask if we offer photocopy services. Those people that goes in and out of the door amount to a lot in a month’s time and I sometimes wish that we do own copiers so we can provide photocopying services. This got me into thinking about buying a digital copier and printer. It is a little expensive but I know that buying one will be worth it.
Whatever brand I will decide to buy I will have to buy from a trusted dealer with great customer service. One that provides service technicians on call whenever the equipment has a problem. That way, I won’t have to worry about the copier breaking down in the middle of the day.If I’m going to buy from a reputable dealer, I will also be ensured that they have a large inventory of parts and supplies that I’m going to need in case of parts replacement.
