Sausage and Egg Croissant with Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 croisssant (fresh or toasted)
  • 2 Delicato sausages
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 2 tbsp your favorite jam

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausages: Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Cook the Eggs: In the same pan, add butter or oil and cook eggs to your liking
  3. Toast The Croisssants: Toast the croissants lightly in the oven.
  4. Assemble the Sandwich: Once the croissants are toasted, slice them in half. Spread a layer of jam on the bottom half of each.
  5. Add the Sausage and Eggs: Place the sausage on top of jam, then topp with eggs.
  6. Serve: Close the croissant and serve immediately. You can add a slice of fruit or a light salad to complete the meal.
