Longganisang Macau Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 pcs longganisang macau or chinese sausage, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, carrots and peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 34 cups rice
  • 1 tsp Patis

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and fry sliced chinese sausage until brown. Set aside
  2. Sauté minced garlic until brown.
  3. Add chinese sausage, corn, green peas, and carrots.
  4. Set it aside in the pan and cook the scrambled egg.
  5. Add rice. Mix well.
  6. Stir-fry/ Heat through.
  7. Season with patis, if needed.
  8. Add green onions and soy sauce if desired.
  9. Serve hot.
