Longganisang Macau Fried Rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 pcs longganisang macau or chinese sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, carrots and peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3–4 cups rice
- 1 tsp Patis
- In a pan, heat oil and fry sliced chinese sausage until brown. Set aside
- Sauté minced garlic until brown.
- Add chinese sausage, corn, green peas, and carrots.
- Set it aside in the pan and cook the scrambled egg.
- Add rice. Mix well.
- Stir-fry/ Heat through.
- Season with patis, if needed.
- Add green onions and soy sauce if desired.
- Serve hot.
