Chicken Bola-Bola Misua and Patola

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pack Magnolia Chicken Bola-Bola
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 chicken cube
  • ground black pepper
  • misua noodles
  • 2 patola, peeled and sliced
  • patis to taste
  • spring onions

Instructions

  1. Sauté the base. heat oil in a pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken bola-bola. place them gently into the pot and cook until they browned slightly and released flavor into the broth.
  3. Add the broth. pour the water, add chicken cube and black pepper and let everything simmer for several minutes so the flavors could blend.
  4. Add misua. let it simmer for 3 minutes then..
  5. Add patola. 
  6. Season with patis of needed. Add spring onion before serving.
