Because by Week 4 of the month, ubos na ang energy, ubos na ang budget, pero hindi dapat maubos ang sarap ng ulam. 😅
This week is all about stretching your ingredients, keeping meals kid-friendly, and giving yourself the gift of easy wins sa kusina.
If Week 3 was about survival, Week 4 is about finishing strong.
Kahit pagod, kaya pa ‘to, Mommy. 💪✨
Let’s dive into our Week 4 Meal Plan!

MONDAY: Pork Giniling (15 mins)
The ultimate “bahala na si Mommy” dish.
Throw everything in a pan, simmer, tapos — done.
Why I love it:
✔ Budget-friendly
✔ One-pan
✔ Kids usually eat it without negotiations 😅
Optional Add-on: Sliced boiled egg or patatas
TUESDAY: Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks (15 mins)
When I say this is the least effort, highest reward, I mean it.
Just season, pop in the air fryer, and let the machine do the heavy lifting habang inaasikaso mo yung homework ng kids.
Shortcut Tip: Pre-marinate the chicken Sunday night for extra flavor.
Optional Side: Coleslaw or steamed veggies

WEDNESDAY: Tuna Pesto Pasta (15 mins)
Midweek = pagod + gutom + deadline.
Pesto to the rescue.
Tuna + store-bought pesto + pasta = chef’s kiss.
Optional Add-on: Garlic bread (pwede na yung toasted tasty bread with butter!)
THURSDAY: Egg Fried Rice with Veggies (10–12 mins)
This is your clean-the-fridge day.
Any veggies, leftover rice, scrambled eggs — boom, one happy meal.
It feels like takeout pero mas mura.
Optional Add-on: Tocino or longganisa for the kids
FRIDAY: Creamy Chicken & Corn (15 mins)
Friday calls for something comforting… pero hindi complicated.
Just sauté shredded chicken + corn + cream + broth.
Serve over rice and watch your kids say, “Ma, dagdag pa.”
Optional Add-on: A sprinkle of cheese (trust me, sarap!)
OPTIONAL BREAKFAST ADD-ONS
Because mornings remain a battlefield:
- Spam + egg rice bowl
- Greek yogurt + granola
- Cheese + tomato omelette
- Milo + peanut butter toast
- Garlic fried rice + leftover ulam
OPTIONAL SNACK ADD-ONS
Saves the day when kids suddenly say: “Mommy, gutom ako.”
- Banana + peanut butter
- Graham crackers + cream cheese
- Corn on the cob
- Mini pancakes
- Sweet corn chips + mayo + hot sauce (Mommy treat 😌)
A Little Reminder for Week 4, Mommy
If you’re tired, it doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’ve been doing your best — every single day.
These 15-minute meals aren’t shortcuts…
They’re acts of love from a mom who’s doing her absolute best for her family. 💛
And that? Already a win.
