I’ve been needing a little rest so I prepared something that wouldn’t be a lot of work and won’t put me near the stove for a long time.
250g penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 heads of brocolli,washed,trimmed and blanched
1 medium carrots, cut into strips
1 medium can of pineapple tidbits,drained
4 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Just toss everything together. Make sure that everything is coated with the dressing.Put salt and pepper to taste then chill before serving.
