There is an ice cream man who roams the street with a small cart made of styrofoam and wood full of different kinds of cheaply made ice cream.

They carry a bell to call the attention of customers and when my daughter hears that bell, she knows its ice cream. Here she is choosing what she wants.

We bought Pinipig for P10 ($ .20)

What’s unique about this ice cream vendor is that you can place a bet of P1 and you can win an ice cream. There’s a small roulette-like thing on top of the small cart and a place where you can place you bet.
