Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea is one of those teas that I love sipping. It has a spicy and refreshing flavor. It can also be very relaxing on nights when you are just plain tired.

Ginger Tea can be used as home remedy or indigestion, headache, flu and sore throats.

Ingredients:
3 cups of water
3 slices of fresh ginger
2 small pieces panutsa

panutsa is a little brown sweet disc made of sugar-cane. Some people uses honey or sugar but I love using panutsa because it makes my ginger tea delicious.

Directions:

  • Boil ginger in water for 5-10 minutes.Depending on how strong the ginger flavor you want.
  • Drop 1 panutsa disc into the boiling tea and stir. wait until it dissolves.

If you don’t have panutsa, you can use brown sugar or honey and add some lime or lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
