A Veneto Pizzeria Ristorante

It was a Saturday, around dinner time. You know what to expect inside malls during the weekends. It’s always chockful of people, specially the restaurants. I think every restaurant inside the mall has customers waiting to be seated  and this caught our sight. It was one of the restaurants that we were wanting to try but never got to Plus the name sounds so Italian and I thought, they must be serving some really authentic Italian dishes.

A Veneto Family Platter [P275/$6.10]
This appetizer plate included, fried crabstick wrapped in herbed batter, french fries, chicken wings and that round things which I never got to taste or maybe I did but I forgot what it is. Nothing to rave about the appetizer except that they really have big servings in this place.
Nut-Pesto with Italian Sausage[P215/$4.70]

Ykaie and I love their pesto!err–minus the Italian Sausage. We should’ve ordered the plain one.
Howie’s Special Pizza16″ [P340/$7.50]

The pizza has double anchovies, garlic and cheese. The double anchovies made it sis’s first choice..heehee.

The food in this place is very affordable considering the large serving of the dishes. It also tastes good but it lacks the authentic Italian taste.
