7 Day Diet – Day 1

Day one consists of all fruits except bananas. All the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

I feasted on watermelons, apples, mangoes and grapes. I was gonna get by the first day because I love fruits but Sis tempted me with Crispy Binagoongan and rice. I let myself be tempted. Dang! I was so close to passing the first day….

And so I tried again. On Tuesday, I bought mangoes, grapes and apples. I was planning on eating it the whole day, then by late afternoon, Sis cooked a very tasty omelette…. there went my Tuesday.

Today I told myself  I’m not going to diet and will probably be trying this again  in the next few weeks…
