KCC presents Gata/Coconut Milk

Honestly, I am not in the mood to cook. We’ve been eating out this week because this is Hell Week. My computer shop has been experiencing fluctuating connection for a few days now. Last wednesday, without warning, we had power outage for 24 hours. Yesterday, there was no water for 12 hours.Tell me, who would be in the mood for cooking?

I’ll just leave you some of my favorite dishes with GATA/COCONUT MILK which I’ve cooked in the past.Just click on the names of the dishes to get its recipe.

My ultimate favorite is Laing/Taro Leaves Cooked in Coconut Milk

Second on the list is Ginataang Halo-Halo/Fruits and Root Crops in Coconut Cream..

I hope you enjoy these dishes! Happy start of the week…

Kulinarya was started by a group of Filipino foodies living in Sydney, who are passionate about the Filipino culture and its colourful cuisine. Each month we will showcase a new dish along with their family recipes. By sharing these recipes, we hope you find the same passion and love for Filipino Food as we do.

If you’re interested in joining our Kulinarya Cooking Club, feel free to leave a comment – we would love to hear from you!
