Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, cleaned
  • 4 ham sliced, chopped
  • 300g mayonnaise
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits {I used canned}
  • ¼ celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes until tender.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Serve cold as a side dish or as a snack
