I was really glad to find this at the grocery– local brand of lite soy sauce! It doesn’t only cut your sodium consumption by 50%, it also saves you money because it doesn’t cost as much as the imported brand of lite soy sauce.
So, if you are on a low sodium diet and loves soy sauce in your recipes, then this surely is absolutely right for you.
