Carnation GOOD EATS Blogger’s Night

Carnation has been one of my family’s favorite “cooking” milk so I was delighted when they invited me to the GOOD EATS Bloggers Night. Even before the event started, I was already excited because I knew I’m in for a real treat. The event was hosted by Issa Litton and held at Buenisimo by Cafe Ysabel.

Chef China Cojuanco, the new face of Carnation, performed a cooking demo using none other than Carnation evap as one of the main ingredients to make her dish creamy.

This is her Beef In Peppercorn Sauce. The sauce is mostly made from Marsala and Carnation Evap. I can almost imagine the taste and the aroma just like yesterday. I hope there’s an online wine delivery I can call to deliver Marsala to me tomorrow.

Anyway we had six yummy dishes that has Carnation milk as one of the ingredients. Let’s start off with…

Croquetas de Pollo con Huevos with Aoili – Crispy outside, creamy, soft and tasty inside

I entered this photo in a contest in their Carnation Cook at Homes Facebook page. I hope you can support me and like me enough to LIKE my entry. Here’s the link to my entry. {Thanks in advance!}

 Canadian Glazed Ham – I love the glaze, its very flavorful!
Tri-color Pasta with Salmon Cream
Lengua Legistativa
This dish won the hearts of most bloggers and was voted the GOOD EAT of the night.
 For dessert, we had  creamy Sweet Corn Panna Cotta..
..and melt-in-your-mouth Chocolate Truffles!

Hmmmm….it’s been a long time since I cooked my favorite Carnation Milk dish. I guess you already know what my next post will be…

Pininyahang Manok, what else? {Chicken with Pineapples}

Thank you for inviting me Carnation!
