Lemon-Garlic Chicken


  • 400g chicken thigh fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • zest of the lemon


  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet
  2. Fry chicken thigh fillets until it gets a little brown
  3. Add crushed garlic, lemon zest and season with salt
  4. Stir for a few seconds.
  5. Toss in juice of half a lemon and flat leaf parsley..
  6. Serve with lemon wedge
