Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • half a banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh blueberries, sliced bananas, and walnuts for toppings


  1. Combine all the ingredients(except toppings) together in a jar or other covered dish.
  2. Mix well, Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least several hours.
  3. In the morning, when you’re ready to eat, take oats out of the fridge, add the toppings and enjoy!
  4. I made mine at around 11:30pm and then ate it at around 8am the next day.
