Ingredients

  • 300g Fresh Miki
  • 150g ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed chicharon
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2cup water mixed with 1/2 chicken cube
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fried egg
  • cooking oil
  • calamansi

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and add ground beef. Stir fry until brown, season with salt and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté half of the onion and garlic until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the fresh Miki noodles, chicken stock, and soy sauce then cook for around 5 minutes while stirring continuously. You can add fish sauce if you like
  4. Transfer noodles to a large serving plate.
  5. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the remaining onions and garlic.
  6. When onions are translucent, add shredded cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  7. Remove from the skillet and place on top of the noodles.
  8. Spread the ground beef on top of the shredded cabbage, followed by the crushed chicharon, then finally topping it off with fried egg.
  9. Serve with Calamansi on the side.
