Onion and Tomato Scrambled Eggs Made with Healthy Options All-Natural Eggs

  • 1 tomato, sliced or chopped
  • 1 white onion, sliced or chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oil for frying
  • 2 bread slices, toasted


  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl together with the milk and salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet.
  3. Add the tomatoes and onions and cook until onions are translucent and the tomatoes slightly wilted.
  4. Add the eggs and cook over medium heat stirring continuously until soft cooked.
  5. Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate
  6. Serve with two slices of toast
